ABOUT DB CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

DB Construction Services was founded by Dylan Beneat, whose career has been built around construction, project management, and field operations.

Dylan graduated from Oregon State University in 2017 with a degree in Construction Engineering Management. Following graduation, he joined Turner Construction, where he developed experience across several areas of the construction industry.

During his time at Turner, Dylan worked as a VDC Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, and Quality Control Manager. This combination of technical, field, and quality control experience gave him a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to successfully deliver complex construction projects.

Following Turner, Dylan joined Life Time, where he was involved in the construction of state-of-the-art fitness facilities across the country, including projects in Walnut Creek, California, and the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Fast forward to 2025, Dylan founded DB Construction Services to provide clients with a more hands-on, experienced approach to construction services.

Today, DB Construction Services is based in Austin, Texas, serving clients throughout the state of Texas while providing construction management services nationwide.
